Looking to heal strep throat.
I have CDH, CDS and MMS, HCL and DMSO on hand.
How does one make the spray? Is a glass bottle necessary for the DMSO, if so where can one purchase this?
Any recipes you can share for a gargling mouthwash to help the sore throat heal? Which version works best? Concentration?
How about using MMS2, I have that on hand too. I have size 4 filled pills.
Is there a chart for MMS2 dosage recommendations?
Is MMS2 used on the skin like MMS1 and DMSO can be for rashes and pathogens? This strep throat is inflaming and causing pain to the outer nose greatly!
Lastly I have MMS products from waterpureworld... is there a number of drops from these bottles that equal 1mL? Anyone know??
And 1mL of CDS equals 1 drop of MMS1 ? I see conflicting information online.
Any wisdom my way is appreciated and shared.
Blessings,
A:)

Any recipes you can share for a gargling mouthwash to help the sore throat heal? Which version works best? Concentration? I recommend gargling with diluted 3000 ppm CDS. Try 1 ml CDS in 100 ml of clean water. Decrease dilution until throat irritation is noticed. Gargle hourly or more often.
How about using MMS2, I have that on hand too. I have size 4 filled pills. Might help if ingested, but do not gargle with MMS2 and don't mix MMS2 with DMSO.
Is there a chart for MMS2 dosage recommendations? A 2011 Newsletter by Jim Humble on Protocol 4000 gives these amounts of MMS2 per dose, which is based on the person's weight.
200 pounds = 1 gram
160 pounds = 800 mg
100 pounds = 500 mg
50 pounds = 250 mg
25 pounds = 125 mg
So, 125 mg MMS2 for each 25 pounds of body weight. Take 8 fl oz of water with each capsule.
Is MMS2 used on the skin like MMS1 and DMSO can be for rashes and pathogens? This strep throat is inflaming and causing pain to the outer nose greatly! You can use MMS2 on skin by saturating some clean water with a small amount of MMS2 granules. When saturated, pour off the solution (and save) leaving behind any undissolved granules. You could apply to skin using a Q-tip.
Lastly I have MMS products from waterpureworld... is there a number of drops from these bottles that equal 1mL? Anyone know?? Drop size/volume varies so you will have to determine how many drops from those bottles equal 1 ml, by counting drops while filling a 1 ml container such as a 1 ml syringe.
And 1mL of CDS equals 1 drop of MMS1 ? I see conflicting information online. No, it is not. This question is answered in numerous PDF files on my website mmsinfo.org/ in particular read this PDF for dosing equivalents: www.mmsinfo.org/infosheets/CDS_CDH_and_Protocols-2.pdf

I'm reading your documents on equivalencies between CDS and MMS1 drops now. (What you are saying is 1 drop MMS1 = 2mL CDS), correct? Thanks.
How about CDH, does 1mL of CDH equal 1 drop MMS1?
I will do as you suggested and use a syringe marked for mL to measure my bottle's drops to discover how many equal 1 mL. This will make it is much faster for me to create my doses.
Last question please for now, my packaged prepared CDH I've purchased here, when I am taking it, do I add a certain measured amount of distilled water, I always use distilled water? For example if I take 1mL of CDH, how much distilled water do I add to the dose? I literally can't find any articles online, on your site or others directly addressing this. I find many articles how to make CDH, in large batches and in single doses. I have this 4 ounce bottle I purchased already prepared. Do I add 1 oz, 2 oz, 3 oz, 4 oz to my single 1mL dose for each hour?
Can I prepare an effective 8 hour does regimen into one glass bottle using CDH and CDS like I can with the MMS1? I need to take it with me when I am not home sometimes.
I'm hoping to be less confused on preparing properly the correct dosages on these 2 new-to-me versions of MMS today! I just need to know how much is equivalent to how much easily haha! I'm slowly getting this all down. Thanks all for your help, especially you.
Blessings and Love,
Have a great day!

"12. A recent newsletter from Jim Humble said the maximum amounts of CDH and CDS to use with Protocol 1000 were 3ml and 6ml respectively. Protocol 1000 limits MMS1 to 3 drops per hour.
13. Therefore one can conclude that a 3 drop dose of MMS1, 3ml of CDH & 6ml of CDS can deliver the same amounts of CLO2 if adequate stomach acids are present for MMS1 & CDH. Math & photos prove this."
And.... (great chart, very helpful!)

Thanks again, diving in to figure this out. I got the MMS1 protocols and preparation down, I'm new to using CDH, CDS and MMS2, I'm getting there though.
(I'm really new to this forum, thanks for repeating to me your advice. I signed up here long ago, though am just recently getting more serious about using these healing miracles on myself and with my family.)

"If you are following a protocol that uses MMS, you can adjust quantities of CDH and CDS to approximate a 3 drop dose of MMS. That would appear to be about 3ml of CDH and 6ml of CDS. The photo here shows one size 2 MMS tablet in 60ml of distilled water. MMS tablets seem to be a good choice if you arelow on stomach acid, because an activator is included in the tablet. mmsinfo.org/ 2 21 february 2015"

Question: Can I add DMSO to Protocol CDH Plus 1000? I use DMSO always with my MMS1 preparations. If so, how many drops of DMSO do you recommend per mL of CDH? Do you believe or find it helpful to add this DMSO to the mixture, does it speed up or is it more effective overall in healings to ingest this DMSO with the preparations of MMS? Can one add DMSO to CDS preparations too? I bet you have an article or pdf on this, I'd love to have that information.
All the best!

Yes, because 1 fully activated drop of MMS contains 6.7 mg of CLO2 and 2 ml of 3000 ppm CDS contains 6.0 mg of CLO2. This is based on using a standard drop size of 0.042 ml or 24 drops in 1 ml of solution. That was the standard Jim Humble used for years. Now, he uses 20 drops per 1 ml which makes drop size 0.05 ml, a 20% increase. I will continue to use the old standard because all past testing used that standard.
"How about CDH, does 1mL of CDH equal 1 drop MMS1?"
Yes, because 1 ml of CDH is made from 1 drop of MMS. Scott designed it that way for ease of use when using CDH for protocols which are based on using MMS1.
"Last question please for now, my packaged prepared CDH I've purchased here, when I am taking it, do I add a certain measured amount of distilled water, I always use distilled water? It would be good to know the recipe used to make the CDH you purchased as there is more than one recipe out there. Scott's and my testing is based on Scott's recipe. CDH is so simple to make, you should consider making it yourself. For added water, use any clean water available.
You should add some additional water to each ingested dose of CDH. The suggested amount would be about 4 fl oz, but you can determine what is best for you. You can also use less than 4 fl oz of added water per dose. If you have mouth/throat irritation, then add more water. The higher amount of CDH used may require more added water because the amount of CLO2 will be higher.
"Can I prepare an effective 8 hour does regimen into one glass bottle using CDH and CDS like I can with the MMS1? I need to take it with me when I am not home sometimes."
Yes, you can. Mark the bottle into 8 equal parts for easy measuring. The usual precautions apply, such as keeping the bottle out of sunlight and cool, if possible.
One method that seems to work well for dosing when not at home is to prepare 8 small, separate bottles of MMS1, CDH or CDH with added water. That way when taking an hourly dose, just open one bottle and drink. Fast and simple.

Yes, you can add DMSO to MMS1, CDS and CDH doses. Jim suggests 3 drops DMSO to each MMS drop. That would be 3 drops DMSO for each CLO2 dose of 6.7 mg of CLO2. Undiluted DMSO should be used. Often, it is not clear if your bottle of DMSO is full strength or if it is diluted with water.
There are two percentage numbers to look for when choosing which DMSO to purchase. One is the purity number, which should be 99% or higher. The other percentage number will be the DMSO dilution with water number, if it is diluted. Some people get confused by those two percentage numbers for DMSO.
For CDH, since each milliliter is made from 1 drop of MMS, you would add 3 drops DMSO to 1 ml of CDH. For CDS, add 3 drops DMSO to 2 ml of 3000 ppm CDS.
DMSO is a carrier, so it helps carry MMS and CLO2 farther into skin tissue.
Jim says "Drink down the dose immediately as once DMSO is added, MMS1 will begin to slowly lose potency if left to sit." So, only add DMSO just before ingesting a dose of MMS1, CDS or CDH.
I have not yet written a paper on how much DMSO to add to CDS & CDH doses, but it is now on my list of stuff to do.

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
