MMS1 or Activated MMS: chlorine dioxide (ClO2)
Nausea from Citric acid

I jumped into taking MMS with citric acid 50% about seven days ago. Being a bit of a hero I also thought that because I done intermittent fasting and water fasts in the past that my toxin levels wouldn't be too high and that I could go straight to a higher level dose (protocol 1000). Suffice to say that I attempted protocol 1000 on day 1 and stopped after the 5th hourly dose as I got diarrhoea! After the experience of the first day I decided to go back to basics and do the starter protocol properly. Even so, for the past four days I felt very nauseous after taking my 5th/6th hourly dose of 1 drop. Yesterday I decided that the smell of the MMS and nausea was too much and I've stopped to investigate reducing the amount of citric acid in the mixture amount of citric acid in the mixture to33% or maybe making CDS instead of MMS. In the meanwhile I'm just taking a maintenance dose of 1 drop per day until I know what to do, I really don't want to stop cold turkey as I feel like my energy is lifting along with reduced brain fog
Making CDS seems like it's quite a big commitment as a lot of ingredients seem to be required to make it, and I 'm not sure how comparatively potent the resulting mixture would be in comparison to MMS.
I'm wondering if I can simply reduce the amount of Citric acid I put into the MMS and see if that helps with the nausea issue. So for example if a normal batch of MMS is 1 to 1, then instead it would be 1 to 0.66 (or 10 drops of Chlorine Dioxide to 6.6 drops Citric Acid)
Any advice is appreciated
Thanks

CDS has only CLO2 so you won't have the problem you now have. If you use CDS, be sure to use CDS protocols, Protocol 101 and Protocol 115. mmsinfo.org
You could try making CDH as it is 50% activated when made compared to 10% for MMS1. It is easier to make CDH than MMS1 in my opinion.

I'm about to make my first batch of CDS using the method by Andreas below. Got a couple of questions
Just wondering how many days I can store the CDS? I assume it needs to be kept in the fridge so it remains cold and in the dark?
I have a small kilner jar similar to the one Andreas uses in the video. However it has an orange rubber seal (like this one www.ebay.co.uk/p/27034588346?iid=193534524220&var=493755544444 ) that looks like it will be exposed to the gasses in the jar. Do you know if it's safe to use this jar or should i look for a different type of jar?
Also, do you know what the test strips are called so I can order some?
Thanks you so much for your time!
Thanks

The rubber seal on the glass lid is probably okay. The video in which Andreas shows my methods of making CDS uses a white seal and that could also be rubber and not silicone. You can buy silicone seal rings for your jar, just make sure you get the correct size.
This PDF shows how to measure CLO2 ppm and gives the info about the test strips.

I Made the 1st infusion of CDS using 300ml of distilled water and 5ml of MMS and 5ml of 50% Citric Acid. The colour seems very close to sunflower oil after only the 1st infusion (See attached pic). However, I left the infusion for 17 hours instead of 12. I've not done a second infusion as I'm concerned it may become too strong. What do you think of the colour?
I read a couple times that 50% citric acid is comparable to 10% HCL, so maybe it's stronger because of this?
FYI. I've ordered a test kit but it won't arrive for a couple of days. I'm considering doing the 2nd infusion now and then test it when the test strips come. If it is a lot stronger than 3000ppm, then is is possible to just add more distilled water to the CDS to bring it down to 3000ppm?
Thanks!

To make 3000ppm CDS using MMS and 50% citric acid, use 240ml of CDS water and 12ml of MMS and 12ml of 50% citric acid.
If you do an second infusion, you should get higher CLO2 concentration. That is very useful for undiluted topical applications.
For ingestion, just use less CDS. As always, start with low dosages and increase slowly. It does not make any difference what the CDS ppm is because you will increase dosage slowly until you have recovered health or you get a negative side effect. If the latter happens, then just reduce dosage.

Also is it okay to add distilled water to the CDS to make it closer to 3000ppm?
Ah, i guess the single infusion recipe you mentioned requires 12hrs btw?
Thanks again

"Ah, i guess the single infusion recipe you mentioned requires 12hrs btw?" Brewing 8 to 12 hours should work fine at room temperature.

I had a question about storage of CDS. My fridge seems to have been malfunctioning this week and the temp dropped to around 1c. I opened the fridge today and the CDS had ice in it. I'd say it was 40% ice. I've read a couple of your posts saying it should be stored below 10c but do you know if freezing it can be detrimental?
Thanks so much for your help btw. I'm teaching my mum how to make CDS atm to treat the stomach issues she's had for 30 years and what I've learned here is priceless
Thanks

Important Safety Tip on Mixing a Dose

Recently it has come to our attention that some people question if you need to take an MMS/CD dose in water. The answer is a big YES! More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
