I need a bit of professional guidance, I'm stuck.
I have read Jim Humble's HRG book cover to cover.
It's almost 2 moths that I'm taking MMS1, and I have added DMSO in the last month. I did mold protocol twice during that time. I'm 31 years old, no major illness. I started using MMS for detox because I have dermatitis on my face from time to time and my skin itches often. Since using MMS I have a lot of dandruff. Also, I'm in general quite restless and have low energy levels and my menstrual cycle is a bit long, around 25-40 days, painful as well, with polycistic ovaries.
I am experiencing more than usual sluggishness, sometimes headacke and almost always at least slight nausea and more of bowl movements. I can't get to 3 drops. Anytime I get close, I get diarrhea. So I lower the dose, and change it accordingly. I try to brush my teeth at least once a day and spray myself. I didn't do it 2-3 times a day.
I have went through Chapter 8 and I think I'm doing everything ok, but I'm worried that I see no big change in this time. My last cycle was in time and less painful but I'll need more time to confirm that pattern. My skin looks a tiny bit better. Still itches sometimes.
Should I change or add something? Or continue?
Should I move to MMS2 if I haven't got to 3 drops of MMS yet?
Thank you!

I have one question for you. Do you drink coffee or tea first thing in the morning?Hi!

Many people can not get to 3 drop doses of MMS1. Follow the Three Golden Rules.
I would not suggest that you brush your teeth with MMS1 unless you know the pH is high enough not to soften tooth enamel. There is a safe tooth brushing protocol. It is attached to this message.

I follow the teeth washing solution from Jim Humble's book, I did not notice any problems.
My main question is - should I continue or change/add something?
Today I actually got veeery nauseated and tired from just 1/4 of a drop for a whole day, I could barely function.
Kind regards

Nausea could be caused by using citric acid as the MMS activator. If that is what you are using, I would suggest to use 4% HCL instead.I do not drink coffee or tea in the morning, in fact I don't drink it at all since I started MMS.

The other reason for nausea is that you could be suffering from a gene mutation called MTHFR. If you have that, then detoxing will be very difficult for you. I have attached two PDF files that talk about MTHFR.

I did not notice any parasites in my stool, I don't know if I had them.
I'm taking HCl.
It's taking a long time, around 2 months already, and I'm experiencing similar symptoms, nausea and sometimes diarrhea, so I don't know if I should change something, or add MMS2 or stick to this (MMS1+DMSO) until things change.
Or test myself for something.

I have been taking MMS it for over 2 months now and I experience nausea every day. I take up to 2 drops MMS + DMSO. I can't get to 3 drops.
It's hard to tell if something in my body have changed since I have started taking it.
Should I change something, add something or continue and until when?

Klara, there is no need to get to three drop hourly doses of MMS1. The three drops of MMS1 is the maximum to take when following Protocol-1000 or 1000+.I'm still struggling with nausea, repulsion for food and sluggishness/fatigue, I can barely get anything done.

Follow the Three Golden Rules which says to reduce dosing by 50% if you experience any negative side effects and try to increase again, later.
My suggestion would be to stop using DMSO and only use MMS1 by following Protocol-1000. Did you test to see if you have an allergic reaction to DMSO before you started using it?
If you still have problems, then try CDS following Protocol-C, but start with only 1ml on day one. Each day increase daily dosing by 1ml until you get to 10ml per day in one liter of water.
And if that doesn't work, you should get tested for MTHFR.

I have had DMSO on my skin as well, no problem.
I was pondering adding MMS2, because I am seeing no big improvements over a big period of time. Do you think that would be a good idea?

I would not add MMS2. I would take a short break (a week or so) from the MMS1 to give my body a chance to catch up with eliminating toxins. The headache and sluggishness can be related to detoxing, but also a candida/yeast overgrowth. I would be drinking plenty of fluids, and take a food grade binder like DE, zeolite, or bentonite clay daily. Since you have done the fungus and mold protocol, I am sure you are familiar with clay and other binders.
That being said, how is your diet? I would be keeping a food diary to track how certain foods made my body react. For example, simple carbs and sugars can feed candida and fungal infections both internally and on the skin. Most dandruff is caused by yeast or fungal infections. Sebum production is stimulated by elevated blood sugar levels. Polycystic ovaries can also be related to blood sugar levels.
I might get bloodwork done to check for inflammation, candida, metabolic issues.

I have leftover clay from the two times mold protocols I did.
How much would you recommend and what would be the schedule for taking it, how long to take it?
I could not really keep my normal diet with taking mms, but I was planning to include much more protein and lions mane mushroom powder after I'm done with protocols.
