I have been reading as many studies as I can over the last 2 years on how long the spike protein is produced in the body post injection. So far, people that have been tested are still producing spike proteins after 2 years, which means it's important to have ways to breakdown spike proteins long term, perhaps for life. Fortunately, there are easy & effective ways to do this!
I'm a holistic medicine practitioner, and I have been recommending chlorine dioxide to do this for a while. There is probably a minimum amount of chlorine dioxide to accomplish this which likely varies person to person. You may be able to do a maintenance protocol daily, like Jim Humble recommends which is 6 drops MMS once a day. He recommends taking before bed, though I personally find it energizing, so I prefer taking in the morning first thing.
Another possibility is to alternate with the Base Spike Detox from Peter McCullough:
Nattokinase 2000 FU (100 mg) twice daily
Bromelain 500 mg once daily
Curcumin (nano, liposomal, piperine) 500 mg twice daily

As for our eating plan, we all eat in the morning, then start the doses an hour or 2 later. For the most part, I don't eat during the dosing except for a few snacks on the 1/2 hour in between the doses, and never anything that is a strong anti-oxidant like fruit, sprouts, coffee, etc. (think inert things without a large nutritional footprint- crackers, bagels, etc.). Then we wrap up our doses in the early evening and feed everyone at 7-8 pm and do a little more snacking before bed.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …

Sodium chlorite is a mineral/chemical, that when mixed with a food grade acid generates chlorine dioxide. Chlorine …

MMS1 and CDS—Know the Difference!
Published on: March 14, 2026
We have received a number of questions from people asking about CDS and MMS1. In our communications it is evident that there exists a lot of confusion around this subject.
