Yes, you need to use distilled water.
Pam is better with dosing, and I think she is busy today.
One ml of 3000 ppm CDS is approximately the same as one activated 3 drop MMS1 dose.
As with MMS1 dosing, you can also make up a day's worth of CDS in a 1 liter/quart bottle.
The basic CDS daily dose is 10 ml of 3000 ppm CDS in 1 liter/quart of distilled water.
Drink that 1 liter/quart diluted CDS solution over a period of 8 to 10 hours in equal size doses.
If you want to start at a lower dose, use less than 10 ml of the 3000 ppm CDS. If no problem at the end of day one, you can add more CDS the next day. You can add as much as 50 ml of 3000 ppm CDS to the daily 1 liter/quart bottle.
Yes, you will be taking 1.25 ml of 3000 ppm each dose when there are 10 ml of 3000 ppm in your daily dose bottle if you drink 8 equal parts.
I prefer to describe the hourly & daily doses a bit differently.
In 10 ml of 3000 ppm CDS there are 30 mg of ClO2 divided by 8 doses is 3.75 mg of ClO2 per hourly dose. If you add more water to your hourly dose, you will still be ingesting 3.75 mg of ClO2.
You should not need to use any juice with CDS as it has no taste. If you notice any throat burning, just add more water to your hourly drink.
Let us know how it goes!

Thank you for all the info. It is very helpfull. I'm going to make some CDS for the first time using the 12hr overnight system and was wondering if the clo2 gas damages rubber. I've purchased MMS before and after some months, a few black bits can be seen at the bottom of the container. I'm thinking maybe the rubber seals are being consumed or disolved by the MMS. Something I wouldn't like to drink.
Thanks for your kindness.

Moat definitely yes !! It is reacting wit the plastic ....What you might do, (depending where you are living) is go to a Costco, and get a peanut container like this: (below)
But before you do, take a measurement of your Wine Glass to see if it fits nicely inside the peanut container.
It has a nice screw on lid, that fits tightly.
Just a suggestion,
Clint

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
