Natural Fruit juice? was created by Shell

I take a handful of spinach, 1 mango, & 1 beet ( sometimes I alternate the beet with an apple) I throw it in my Nutra bullet & blend. This is all natural, nothing added. Is this okay to drink during my 8 hrs of the Protocol 1000 (like a snack or meal)or should I wait an hour after my last dose?

Sounds like a green smoothie. I drink one daily with my evening meal.
