Shingles / Chicken Pox / Viral Condition

The other day I noticed red and itchy swelling on my upper arm and chest on the right side. I was confused as to what this could be as nothing like this has ever happened to me. I waited a couple of days hoping that it would go away but it started to spread to my scalp and forehead. I was very concerned so I researched the condition and discovered that I had shingles.
Once an episode of chickenpox has resolved, the virus is not eliminated from the body and can go on to cause shingles—a condition with very different symptoms—often many years after the initial infection. I called my wife and told her I have to go to the Doctor but as we were driving to the Doctors office I realized that I could treat this condition with mms so we went back home and I began a protocol of 5 to 10 drops per hour during the day as long as I could remember and to make time. I like to drink it with cranberry juice because it really helps to make it easier to drink as long as you don't breath through your nose after you drink it. After only 2 days I noticed a big difference with the condition. The swelling is gone and the itching is almost completely gone. The hardest part of treating any condition is remembering to drink it every hour. This is really the first time I have ever personally had a condition and really needed help and remembered that if anything could treat this condition that mms would. I realized how important it is to always have mms on hand because you never know when you are going to need it. I have included photos of before and 2 days after beginning treatment.
Thank You Jim,
Brad

You can make MMS up in a single bottle, see CDH threads
As well MMS/CDH can be taken in capsule form
See MMS has Zero Taste thread.
MMS is the answer over drugs for sure, good choice.

So glad yr symptoms have gone. But to be be accurate, it sounds like you didnt get a proper diagnosis, so its only a guess as to whether it was shingles or not. There are other skin infections that are similar. Cant really chalk this victory up to MMS without knowing for sure what you had.
keep well

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
