how long does a batch of MMS eye drops last?

I just made Protocol 1 eye drops for lower eye lid basal cell cancer. The recipe is 4 activated MMS drops in 4 oz water. Put a few drops in affected eye each hour.
Question: If MMS is only active for 1 hour once mixed, how can this 4 oz of drops be effective after the first hour? How long does it last?

If you mix and keep the MMS in an airtight bottle, in the fridge, it should keep for a few days. Also keep away from sunlight.

The 1 hour time is how long MMS might last in the body. It is more like 1.5 hours.
