FOOD was created by suncasa
I was reading the MMS autism website and Kerrie says no juicing etc. I was wondering how everyone eats? I am staying away from antioxidant foods but she says even almond milk is not good. What are your basic diets and how do you space food away from your MMS dosing?? I am new to this but encouraged.

Yesterday JB posted info from Mike Adams site Naturalnews.

g2cforum.org/index.php/list/general-discussion/27854-forensic-food-lab-announcement-and-some-testing-results

Mike shows us why juicing is bad and contraire to popular belief can actually toxify the body.
He is leading the world in his research which I find valid.

Basic diet for me.
Salad, garden type with feta, olives and balsamic, mmmm
yes olive are antioxidants... I don't always use them but I luv's black olives, and they have medicinal properties.
Quick Oats.
Chai tea, coconut milk.
Salmon, smoked, mmmm
Steamed vegies, brown rice.

I suggest one do MMS 15 minutes prior to food intake.
That way CD is in blood, followed by nutrition.

Many things are antiox. Best to avoid the highest forms of antiox while using MMS OXIDATIVE treatment.

Your post just made me hungry…Okay, I have the basic idea. I try to stay low carb to avoid feeding fungus etc. I am probably eating fine. Thanks much. :)

Why exactly did you provide this list?

I saw very similar lists last year when I had shingles and was trying to avoid foods high in Arginine and instead eat more Lysine rich foods but not sure how this list applies to this thread?

BTW Lysine supplements where very helpful in reducing the pain of shingles.
