Pam, here is the liposomal magnesium recipe I came up with based on the info at:
www.seekinghealth.com/optimal-liposomal-magnesium.html
Distilled water: 300ml
Magnesium: 6000mg (not sure on this amount for Natural Calm-may change it)
Sunflower lecithin granules: 7500mg
www.swansonvitamins.com/swanson-premium-sunflower-lecithin-granules-non-gmo-16-oz-454-grams-granules
Natural Calm is what I have so that is what I used. Normally it has a very strong taste when mixed in water, but when encapsulated as LET magnesium, the familiar taste is mostly gone. So, it must have been encapsulated in the lecithin liposomes.
Each 10ml is supposed to contain 200mg of magnesium, but I have been taking 1 tablespoon (15ml) daily.
BTW Pam, would you please edit my previous post in this thread to read "inexpensive ultrasonic cleaner" instead of "expensive ultrasonic cleaner." Thanks!

Re: liposomal magnesium....with a lot of calculating, guessing and WAGing, I came up with these amounts of ingredients by weight...
Distilled water: 400g (400ml)
Natural Calm: 20g
Sunflower lecithin granules: 25g
It is necessary to blend all ingredients in a blender for about 1 minute before encapsulating, otherwise the lecithin will just clump and make a mess. The ultrasonic cleaner won't do much either, unless the solution is blended with no clumps. Also, Natural Calm likes to foam a lot, so wait until that stops before blending.
This recipe should provide 200mg of magnesium daily (using Natural Calm) when 4 tablespoons (60ml) are ingested. One company suggests dividing that amount into two doses each day, half in the AM and half in the PM. So, that would be 2 tablespoons (30ml) in the AM and 2 tablespoons (30ml) in the PM. This recipe should last 7 days.
If anyone finds an error or offers another recipe, please let me know.
Thanks.
