Rev Ray,
I'll do my best, thankfully there are many wise and wonderful people in this forum to correct me and help all of us.
On another level, think it's time for me to explore using those gel caps you like so much. I'm starting to smell the CD gas even when I'm not blending my SC and CA. Or maybe I'm hallucinating.
Capsule creation questions:
1. You may not get this post given the fact you're traveling, but when making your capsules, don't you still smell gas despite using a small dropper bottle?
2. How do you get the last little bit of fluid out of the bottle and into the capsule given that the dropper doesn't quite reach the bottom of the small dropper bottle?
Enjoy your travels,
Chloe

Hi Rev Ray,
You will have a busy day and evening coming up, lucky are the people you will be interfacing with - they will gain much by your wisdom and upbeat demeanor!
Would you post once again the link to order the types of bottles we can use? I'll buy a couple of those yorker tip bottles (never heard of them - but love when I learn about something that works - like MMS!)
Thank you so much,
Chloe
PS: Have new twist on the Rub N Tub: After a quick hot shower, if I found I've started to cool down before rubbing skin lotion in, I then get in front of this portable electric room heater (Presto Heatdish) which will heat my skin back up within 1 minute. Then I apply the MMS solution (usually straight - no dilution) and then stand in front of the heat dish for 15 minutes to let the solution sink in. Then I get into the hot tub. Usually with cold water, but now might try chugging 6 drop solution right before I get in, as per Jim Humble's protocol under Tub Baths on www.jimhumble.com . But its time to figure out those capsules! :)

Thank you!!
Will buy some 15 ml yorker mixing bottles today. It's time to move to capsules, despite my icy water and stevia drops, an aversion is creeping up, and I can't stop now.
Also, I moved my refinements to the original refinement thread plus added Jim Humble's bath protocol and website for others - you're right - makes it a better reference document for others.

Hmmm, is there anything else I should know - for example, which are BPA free or is there another designation which indicates the type of plastic I should look for?
Sorry I didn't think of asking this earlier.

Maybe a couple of others...I was a pre-med major, going to be a vet, became really ill, never became a doctor but became a foster family for animals and enjoy taking care of others, so honestly, probably a natural at caring for others. Never said that out loud or typed that...
