no heart palps today

Didn't raise my dose of cds yesterday and didn't get any heart palps at all. The cds must be having a field day in my body. Still no nausea, no runs, no belching, and intestines working fine. Am extremely grateful and super happy. Never thought this thing would clear and was scared that I might have to go to the hospital which is very scary for anyone with chronic fatigue. My body does not do well with pharmaceuticals especially so called therapeutic doses of them, and docs don't readily accept us mostly because we don't do well with drugs. I have always been an easy patient because I do my own thing.

Today I made up a spray bottle of regular mms and spritzed/sanitized many things that I have touched in my apartment. Cleaned my computer mouse & keys, handbag zippers, all makeup including lipsticks, toothbrush, desk tops, etc. I never want this bug again. As soon as I gain back my body strength I will focus on some ideas to add to my cds protocol like the no parasite cleanse. I came to this site after seeing the youtube video Michael H. made and learned a lot from him.

My last email got lost somewhere so I write this again. I have a long way to go with my health and will continue on the path of learning all that I can about mms. I have considered the course as you suggested and will keep that in mind as I proceed. I am enjoying all of this and love this site. Helping others in their healing process is a natural thing for me. I am working my way up with the cds and will keep you posted periodically.

I also should get a spray bottle and begin disinfecting things around the house. What is your recipe for the disinfectant spray?

I just used the skin spray protocol with 10 activated drop of mms in distilled water--2-4 oz.. Don't know if this would be the right way to go about it but just what I chose to do. I suppose more drops would be fine.
