Maintenance Capsule Method was created by hannelore.sander
In a few days I'll be going on maintenance. I was thinking to trying the capsule method just to experiment. Below is what one of the boarders said she does:

"I activate the 6 drops MMS in a glass for 60 sec, then suck the mixture out with an eye dropper, put it in the capsule (I use 00 size), add my 6 drops of DMSO, close the capsule. I put the water I need to drink in the glass I just activated the mixture, swallow the capsule."

Is this correct? Does this give the MMS and the DMSO a chance to bond? Is there a minimum amount of water I need to drink.

Also, I've never taken more than 3 drops of MMS at a time. Is it ok to all of a sudden go to 6 drops?

Thank you.

Hi
You can do any amount you feel comfortable with
3 drop dose per hour is the protocol 1000
PC2000 is up to 12 per hour.

There is no need to add water to casule in my opinion.
I never do.
I mix in a squirt top bottle and squirt transfer to gel cap.
Typically I do 5SC 5AC 5DMSO.
I add DMSO after 60 seconds and put in capsule.
Then under tongue and swallow with half glass of water.
DMSO has 60-90 seconds bond time in casule,
You can wait 90 seconds in mixer bottle if you like.
I don't.

How does the DMSO have 60 to 90 seconds to activate in the capsule when the capsule supposedly dissolves immediately? And Jim Humble says the DMSO needs 3 minutes after having been added to the MMS.

The capsule does not dissolve immediately. It takes 60-90 seconds.
You can of course fill a cap and time how long your specific caps last before melting.
You can wait 1 minute, then add DMSO then wait 2 minutes, put in capsule and swallow with water.
Jim has said MANY things.
