Hi I am very new to MMS

Hi I am very new to this. I have used CDH for 3 weeks to help with ongoing chronic sinusitis. For the last eight years at least I have had continual sinus infections. I have used CDH for three weeks it has kept an infection at bay but has not completely cured it. I have now stopped CDH as its been three weeks. I can feel things are not right- I really don't want to go to doctor but if I don't do something soon I know It will come back. My question is should I start again? I'm not sure I could stomach another 3 weeks of the stuff- even with stevia its pretty gross

gailwpearl, did you make CDH with 50% citric acid or HCL?

How do you know you have sinusitis? What are the symptoms? Have you left it alone to see what happens? Have you changed environments to make sure it isn't allergy to something where you live or in your home?

Yes I have left it several times and ended up with the worst infections that usually take a month to clear- I basically lived on antibiotics for the past years- having had an operation to help clear sinusitis i am trying MMS in an attempt to finally cure this incredible burden

CDH with 50% citric acid. I plan to try capsules. I'll give anything a go

gailwpearl, it would be interesting if you could find some 4% HCL to make CDH instead of 50% CA. I once tried to drink CA activated CDH and the taste was terrible. I have been spoiled drinking CDH made with 4% HCL.

I am sure the taste problem would go away and it is possible that CA does not agree with you as some cannot "stomach" it.
