enemas was created by hannelore.sander
I'd like to expand my MMS arsenal by adding MMS enemas just to clean myself out occasionally.
The method Jim Humble describes sounds so involved.
I then looked on the Michael Harrah website. This is what I was going to do:
Go to a drugstore and buy an inexpensive enema bag.
Activate 2 drops of MMS and add 100 ml of water (about 3.5 oz).
Get it inside, try to hold it for as long as I can and purge.
Do this a couple to times a week.
That's it.
So the questions I have are?
Is it enough to do an enema with 3.5 oz of water?
Should I work up to more drops and more water or can I stick with the 2 drops.
Do you have a better suggestion?
And DMSO is out for enemas, right?
Thanks.

I suppose the two drops are a children's dose. In any event, I am not sick, I was just going to do it like a bowel cleansing twice a week. Maybe the MMS would not even be of that much benefit in such a case and I should just use a saline solution.
