No, not harmful at all. The absolute worst thing that can happen is you might spit it up.
Malaria gets a 15-18 drop mixture all at once.
When your body cannot tolerate anymore you will first start to have a lot of saliva, that's the sign it doesn't need anymore.

gailwpearl, 1ml of CDH is equivalent to 1drop of MMS, if you have some HCL in your stomach and most people do, so your 10ml CDH dose would be the same as taking 10 drops of MMS. The reason is that each ml of CDH is formulated to contain (or come from) 1 drop of sodium chlorite (SC).
Except it is easier to get CDH down than MMS.
Both MMS and CDH have the potential to produce the same amount of chlorine dioxide (CLO2) when both are made from the same number of drops of SC. In your case, 10 drops of MMS has the potential to make as much as 67mg of CLO2 and so does CDH made from 10 drops of SC.
However, if your stomach has no HCL, then you should take CDH or CDS instead of MMS because CDH & CDS are much more activated outside the body than MMS and, in this case, MMS would most likely not produce any more CLO2 in the stomach due to lack of HCL.
