Activated drops in capsules with DMSO was created by Christine2c
Hi,
Can I take activated drops in capsules? I thought I read that you could add activated drops to capsule and wash it down with water. I also read you should add water to the activated drops. Which is better? Can I add DMSO to the mix? How?
Thank you for any help you can provide.

You can take activated drops in capsules (can't make up much in advance, since the capsules will dissolve in about 90 seconds). Regardless, Jim Humble states that we should be doing 1 oz of water with each activated drop. If you take capsules, you'll need to add the water afterwards. Although you could take the DMSO in capsules (with additional water added) -- it seems to me it's just as fast to make up your dose and shoot it.

Do I need to add the water to the capsules or can I drink the water down with the capsules? Forgive me, I am not thinking clearly and trying to understand. Is there a step by step instruction for this anywhere? Do I add water to the DMSO in the capsules or drink more after?
I'm going to try ever so hard to drink the doses down again today with the DMSO. The smell/taste is quite repulsive. I feel my quality of life is at stake so I push on.

Jim has a capsule protocol in his book - plus you can find it on Michael Harrah's page at:

With DMSO, you can either add water to the capsule or drink later.

Thank you Pam. I understand now how to do protocol 1000 using gel caps except - why use a dimple wine glass instead of a shot glass? In Which book are capsules discussed? I am still unclear on how to add the DMSO to the capsule protocol. How many more drops of water go into the capsule with the DMSO and what about the 3 minute activation period?
In the meantime, I will continue to try to drink it.
It's a challenge to get 8 doses down in one day. I appreciate your help and will keep working on it. Sorry if I keep asking questions I just need clarity
