I just made a MMS mix, and by this I dont' mean the activated from with citric acid. I mean just the MMS. I know we have to put it in the dark fast and keep it there.
I've put a towel around the jar just to go quickly do something else and I forgot to tell my husband. He needed the towel and did not know what the heck it was doing there so he just used it and never put it back on. when I came back I ask how much time and he said ''I really don't know maybe an hour or so?''
How much time does it take to light to destroy it? And can I make some sort of test to know?
Thanks!!!

Don't worry about IT. Is not mix with The activator. You have a inorganic salt disolved in water. That a very stable Solution. Keep away from direct Sun light that can make The water evaporate and make The Solution more concentrate.

I am new to the forum. I have used MMS for a while and my comprehension does not agree with the answer given to sid Kassidy.
In the 2008 book of Jim, it is said that the lifespan of a bottle of sodium chlorite(in liquid form I assume) will be between 2 and 4 years on the conditions that: a) It is kept in a dark bottle either plastic or glass.
b) A transparent bottle is acceptable for a short period of time of 1 to 2 days.
c) Even if the bottle is dark, if it stays under direct sunligth, the lifespan is only 1 hour.
This implies, that if Sid left her transparent bottle in Sunligth for more than an hour, she has to redo it, because it is ineffective according to what Jim wrote in his 2008 book.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
