Since I don't know my "tongue in cheek" answer would be somewhere that is safe which is probably outside of the USA. I corresponded with a guy who assisted interested people in obtaining radionics devices. He thought he was outside the long arm of the law by living in a Latin American country but darnned if the US authorities didn't still get him and he sits in a US prison today. We live in a society defined by the rule of law which means those that write the laws rule. And those with deep pockets who buy politicians to write those laws rule. I hate to say it but one would think there is a conspiracy going on, however loosely defined. One needs not go any further than ALEC to see that type of political model.
