I have looked through the book, The Master Mineral Solution of the 3rd Millenium which I bought specifically to answer this question. How long after eating does one have to wait to take MMS? When the author talks about people taking MMS once an hour for 8 hours are these people not eating all day?
I'm hypoglycemic and have to eat every 3-4 hours at least.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
