Most DMSO labels I have seen don't say if it is diluted.

If you wan to dilute with water then you can, but it isn't pre-diluted. Most people can use it as is, but if you have sensitive skin, then due to it's attracting properties it can pull water out of the skin and cause a little drying, in which case you might want to dilute with water or Aloe Vera or similar.

that looks like DMSO 99.8% + water 0.2% totals 100%. If I understand that correctly, then you have 99.8% diluted DMSO. To get to 70% diluted DMSO use the last dilution calculator on this page setting the drop down choices to "Percentage (%)" and not "ppm" or "ppb". For example, lets say you want 100ml of 70% DMSO from 99.8% DMSO. The calculator reads 70ml of 99.8% DMSO, so you would subtract 70ml from 100ml and that leaves 30ml of water to add. I would only use distilled water if I had a choice of water to use.DMSO Pharmaceutical 99.8% the c0mposition is H20 0,2% and dimethylsufoxide 99,8 %

When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
