The size 2 tablet measures about 5mm diameter and 3mm thick, so they are tiny. Here is one inside a size 3 capsule:
Here are the how-to-use directions:
So far, the tablet manufacturer has not been able to coat the tablets, so it is advised to put them in empty capsules. www.mmstabs.com/ Look here for a visual CLO2 comparison between a 3 drop MMS1 dose and one size 2 MMS1 tablet.

Also... Have the MMS1 and MMS2 tablets proven to be as effective as the liquid?
Thanks

I think you could cut a tablet in half using a knife to get a smaller dose. Maybe even crush a tablet into powder and divide up and put in empty capsules.MMS1 Tabs Size One - Contains 100 tablets. One tablet is equivalent to one drop of activated sodium chlorite solution
MMS1 Tabs Size Two - Contains 100 tablets. One tablet is equivalent to three drops of activated sodium chlorite solution
MMS2 Tabs 50 PK - Contains 50 tablets. One tablet is equivalent to half of a size 0 capsule of calcium hypochlorite
MMS2 Tabs 100 PK - Contains 100 tablets. One tablet is equivalent to half of a size 0 capsule of calcium hypochlorite
MMS Bath Tabs - Contains 12 tablets. One tablet per bath

That one size two MMS1 tablet I put inside a size 3 capsule shown in the photo, looks good after 8 days in the capsule. So it seems you can load up some empty capsules with MMS1 tablets for the day and at least one week.can i prepare the capsule tablets for the whole day or a week?
The room humidity here was about 50% the day I put the tablet in the capsule. If you live in a very humid climate, trapping some moisture inside the capsule might cause the tablet(s) to activate. Also be sure you don't touch the tablet with your fingers.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
