I recently purchased a nebulizer and want to know how I could use MMS for a way to clear out my lungs to rid them of mucus. I was a smoker for years and now with the recent flues I have restricted breathing. I heard Baking soda and the fumes/ vapor that Jim talked about that will clear you out. I need to know how much and what method and how often. Thank you
