Apple cider vinegar

I did experience some relief from problems with my digestion and also relief from the aches related to a varicocele, however the nausea became too much. I lasted just over 2 weeks but never made it above 1.5 drops. I tried lowering the dosage, but it got to the point where even the smell of the solution made me nauseous and I had to stop.
My wife has severe chronic fatigue and is often bedridden. MMS made her symptoms much worse and she saw no benefits. She lasted 1.5 weeks but never made it above 1 drop. She, too, had to stop because of the nausea.
It's great that MMS seems to be helping others, but I thought our experiences might be of value here. Some lingering questions remain for us:
1. Has anybody experienced negative results with apple cider vinegar but positive ones having switched to citric acid or one of the other alternatives?
2. Our solution never turned a brown colour. It was yellow/orange - similar in colour to the apple cider vinegar itself. Is this to be expected?
Best wishes to All

Activated MMS goes a dark brown - so it sounds like you weren't fully activating - some people are very sensitive to inactivated sodium chlorite
"Some Alternative Acids: Both citric and hydrochloric
acid are easy to use as activators for MMS; however,
depending on your location and availability, or in an
emergency, other activators such as fresh lemon or lime
juice, or vinegar, can be used to activate MMS but they
measure differently. If using any of these acids, you will
need to use 5 drops of lemon, lime or vinegar for every 1
drop of MMS, at a 1 to 5 ratio. If using these alternative
acids, activation time must be 3 minutes, instead of 30
seconds which is the standard activation time for either
50% citric acid or 4% HCl."

With regard to the apple cider vinegar, we did follow the recommended 1:5 ratio and the 3min activation time you quote. We also followed the recommended starting procedure, so started with just a 1/4 drop.
But perhaps I will give it another shot using HCL as you suggest.
Thanks again.

You were basically ingesting unactivated MMS which some people can do, but apparently not you.
Try making some CDH and see how that works for you. It is about 50% activated externally and the rest should activate in a stomach with normal amounts of gastric acids.

Should the Church also consider not suggesting apple cider vinegar as an alternative, at least until further tests are done? Like me, others may be attracted to the idea of using apple cider vinegar with MMS because it seems to have so many health benefits (even if it can't cure our conditions).
Good health to All

Please do try making some CDH using 4% HCL as per the YouTube video I linked above. It is very simple to make. I suspect you may have been overdosing even at 1.5 drops/hour. The rule is if what you are taking has negative side effects, reduce the dose by half and slowly increase without causing any side effects. It has been reported that some people have recovered from stage 4 cancer by dosing MMS at 1/2 drop to 1 drop per hour. Protocol 1000 calls for a maximum hourly dose of 3 drops, but you may not need to go that high.
Let us know how these ideas work for you.

To see the amber color with only two drops, you will have to look through the liquid, not just look down on it.
If two drops are not causing problems and three drops do, then stay at 2 drops until either the ailment is gone or the dose can be increased. Protocol 1000 maxes out at 3 drops per hour, but that is not necessarily a goal. Some people have recovered from cancer taking only 1 drop per hour.

His liver results were extremely abnormal and a bile duct blockage was suspected though an ultrasound found nothing. He did experience some pain as a blockage cleared, but it brought his blood results right down!
They are still a little high, so wanting to know if it would be ok for him to do another liver cleanse in a month. I'm concerned how this will work for him if he is doing the protocol at the same time, as he had severe diarrhea and was washed out for a few days after the liver cleanse. What do you think? Thanks.

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
