Thank you for this idea. Since I am new to MMS, CDS, and have just noticed CDH mentioned, I am still beginning to learn about using them. Currently, I just have CDS in the house because I thought that sounded the easiest for me to begin using. MMS sounds like it would be good for me to have on hand though. So far the 1 drop of CDS seems to not be causing problems except the first night with one cat's runny stool. Yesterday 2 drops went into one cat's wet food; and, since she seemed to have no problem, so I started her on 2 drops today. Today 2 drops went into the other cat's wet food, and she seems to be having no problem now so I was considering increasing her drops to 2 tomorrow after completing today's doses with the 1 drop. Hopefully, this is a good plan for now.

Hello! I would suggest doing what Truthquester suggested in the above post. I am, as of this morning, treating a barn cat. I am giving him 3 drops of the diluted MMS in a very small amount of food every hour as much as possible. No bad side affects thus far and he seems chipper enough.

Today is Dec 1. Kitty (Scruffy) is doing better but still not well. Have increased his dose 1 drop so now he gets 4 drops in his food hourly. I also made up a solution for his eyes according to the eye protocol except I didn't have a dark 4 ounce bottle but did have a 2 ounce dark bottle. So I decided to put 4 activated drops MMS into 2 ounces distilled water and wipe the outside of his eye. Started this yesterday. He is tolerating it quite well. No biting or scratching. I was a bit worried as this is a new barn cat from the shelter. Those they can't re home they give free as barn cats. He is a good kitty. Sad he couldn't find a nicer home than my barn.

Horsefeathers and Steve, thanks for your suggestions about using CDS and MMS with cats. Here's an update about the 2 I was giving CDS. Sunday I noticed the little 3-year-old I adopted last month had runny stool, so I stopped until she has normal bowels again. My 12-year-old vomited last night so I stopped with her for now. When they are both seeming up to it, I will use your suggestion, Steve, about diluting 1 drop of MMS in 16 drops of water (substituting MMS with CDS since that is what I have now) and put 3 drops of this diluted solution into their food. Hopefully, that is a good plan to build on. They both seem to be getting better re why I started CDS. Andres, my prayers are with you and your feline friend, and best to you and your barn cat, Horsefeathers.

For eye infections I've had great results using a CDS spray (12 ml CDS 3000ppm in 4 oz distilled water) in a finger pump spray bottle. I've used it on myself, horses, and dogs. It doesn't sting - at all.

Since I have an open wound around my eye, I have been using 120 drops of CDS (or close to 120 drops since I wasn't getting the drops out at a consistent rate and have a hard time counting the drops and making sure they get into the container with one eye limiting my depth perception) in 4 oz of distilled water in a pump. It has gotten into both of my eyes, and it has stung me to the point I couldn't open my eye that opens, though, the stinging stopped quickly in about 10 seconds or so. However, I find that a very small price to pay to heal. In fact, I was even kind of happy that my wounded eye stung because I took that as an indication that it is starting to open again. So it may sting the animal you are treating if they have the experience I have had.

Just a quick update. Scruffy is doing way better this morning. I do not hear any sinus congestion in him today and his eye has just a little bit of drainage in it. He is able to hold it open most of the way now!

It is so great to hear such wonderful news.

Do you think Scruffy will make it into your house out of the barn? :)

This is encouraging for my cats and me too in a number of ways.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful healing progress.
