biotin mms

Hello does anyone know if you can take Biotin with mms/cd protocol.......... Also can you use magnesium and vitamin K2 with mms protocol........ Thanks for any help

If possible, take supplements 1 hour after your last MMS dose of the day. Or, take them between MMS doses if you take supplements more often.
