Directions on mixing was created by Carol C
I just got our fist shipment of MMS from MMS Products International. The bottles are labeled differently than on the site. One is called "Healthy Action Mineral Solution", I assume this is MMS? The other is "Activation Solution", I assume this is citric acid or hydrocloric acid (it's in a powder/ crystalized form). There were no instructions with the package or with the tracking information. Does anyone know if the activation solution is citric acid or hydrocloric acid? and how do I liquify it so that I can follow directions to mix it with the Mineral Solution ? (if I have that right). Thank you in advance!
Also, I've been reading conflicting things, and understand that the protocol has developed over time. Once I make the mixture, must it be used immediately, or can I refrigerate it to be used for several days? again, thank you!
Can I make the mixes with spring water, or does it need to be distilled water.... again, thank you! I couldn't find any of these specifics.

Carol, the bottle labeled "Activation Solution" must be citric acid, which is a powder. HCL is a liquid.
You need to add an equal amount of distilled water (if you have or can get DW) to a quantity of citric acid powder to make 50% citric acid. If you have Jim Humble's 2011 book, you can find detailed instructions on making 50% citric acid solution from citric acid powder. Jim's latest book does not include that info.
You mentioned "protocol" and I assume you mean Protocol 1000 , although there are over 50 MMS protocols in Jim's latest book. I suggest that you get Jim's latest book and study it so you will understand how to use MMS properly. How to mix a MMS1 dose is also here.
It is said that mixing & ingesting a MMS1 dose hourly is more effective than an all-day bottle of MMS1.
You should begin taking MMS by following the Starting Procedure before moving on to P1000.
