distilled or mineral water? was created by Sahaja
Hi all,
I am confused by which water to use.
I have just read the updated ...'reasons why mms is not working' and see that it still says to use distilled water when making up a dose. I have also watched a u tube video where Mark says not to use distilled water but to use mineral water!
We are now using sparkling mineral water (Santana Victoria brand).
I would love to get your thoughts on this. Can someone tell me which is the correct water to use? Thanks.

Distilled water should be the purest water you can get, so why not use it? What is in "mineral water"? We have well water here and I can assure you it is full of minerals! Take a look at my bathtub!
If I wanted to be sure there was nothing in water that might interfere with MMS, I would use the water with the least amount of non-water ingredients. Are there some minerals that will enhance MMS? Not that I am aware of.
End of rant.
