MMS & Diet was created by kathie
Hello,
I am presently on MMS for my first time and I have concerns on the diet.
I have read the fabulous recent book of Jim Humble on MMS where some general guidelines are given on the food topic.
I have been eating very little worried that I may cancel the effect of MMS and I may not be getting enough nutrients to help with the immune system and the treatment.
Is there information from users experiences if food items as in the following list could cancel out the effect of MMS if any of these are consumed during the hours of MMS treatment or they ok to use in a small portion.
apples, pomegranate, aloe Vera leaf gel, bananas, figs, dates, fresh lemon juice in water, tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, celery, garlic, onions, nuts, lentils, dried cranberries, raisins, chick peas, oat bran, yogurt, butter, cheese, kefir milk, honey, vinegar, salt, chili flakes, canned fish, meat, ginger, green tea, sage, oregano, olive oil, coconut oil, olives.
Any recommendations would be appreciated and of great help to me.
Thank you.
Katherine

Attached is a list of foods and their quantities of antioxidants. Do not drink lemon juice as it will reduce CLO2 content. No milk products, which is noted in the book. Tea is also mentioned in the book as high in antioxidants. The key thinking here is food high in antioxidants.
The idea is to eat snacks half way between doses of MMS1 and then one hour after your last dose of the day, you can eat anything and as much as you like. Think a Thanksgiving day gorge-fest. Plus, you can eat later in the evening a few hours after the big dinner feast. You may even gain weight on this "diet."

Hi, I'm unable to download the pdf. It says Forbidden access. I just registered on the forum today so not sure if that's the reason. Thanks.

Someone on another group said that 0.10 (see the PDF to make sense of the number) is a good number to go buy in terms of what foods you can eat (with 30 minute gap between) while dosing CD. Don't know how true that is but it seems like a low number. You will still find foods to eat if you go through the list.
