Do you smell CLO2 gas when making MMS1? What type of container are you using to drink MMS1?
How much water do you add to each MMS1 dose?

Could the acidic water be the reason for the taste and higher ppm? The video distinctly discussed distilled water and I believe it even mentioned being neutral PH. I'm wondering if I should go back to my reg water now.
I do smell the gas when mixing. It's strong. I put a towel over my face so I don't breathe too much. I always use glass for everything. I even stir it with a glass eye dropper. I use a small mason jar which has oz measurements on it. I double checked it to make sure it was accurate. I use that to add 4oz water.
Thanks for that tip. Now, I'm a little more confused, but that's ok. I want to do the right thing.

Yes, mine smells, too. I hold it away from my face and/or put a towel over my nose until I'm ready to drink. Even then, I take a breath before I drink so I don't inhale. It is nasty. Although, the book says that inhalation is one of the therapies. I think it's a matter of not getting too much.
Thanks again! I'll let you know if I get the same results. I will definitely feel better just seeing that it CAN turn amber.

Terri I actually got really sick once so far and not to be gross but even when it came back up there it was that glowing neon yellow. I use all glass as well. I use a little eye dropper to stir it. The water turns slightly yellow also. I usually plug my nose when I drink it. At only 2 drops it was very strong. Now I’m doing 1/2 drops every hour regardless of whether I’ve eaten or not before working up again. I can’t go 8 hours without eating. I’m constantly trying to figure out what works best for me. It’s quite the science experiment. Unlike anything I’ve tried.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
