Constipation - Why?

I have searched for the answers to this on the forum, however there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer.
I am taking this: www.amazon.de/Chlordioxid-3-L%C3%B6sung-Chlorine-Braunglasflasche/dp/B07HHGV9ZF/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_pl_foot_top?ie=UTF8
I have noticed that on the days I am taking it, I get bad constipation and it can be painful. I am thinking about taking on alternate days, but that might not be enough to help.
Does anyone know why MMS (my version is slightly different, I know) causes constipation and how to solve this problem?
Thanks a lot!

Would you tell us which protocol(s) you are following, the hourly dosage and number of hours taken daily?

Well, basically I have been doing 3 to 6 drops per hour for 4 to 6 hours, but not every day...I think I am going to do every other day now. I really don't know why this is causing constipation and pain down there? It must be causing a lot of inflammation. The only thing I can think of is that I probably have a fatty liver and it is stripping all the fat, which is exiting the body (does this cause constipation?). I don't want to stop taking the CDS/CDL, but I also wont be able to continue if the constipation doesn't go away! Haven't made any other big dietary changes, either.
What do you think of my dosage, by the way?
Thanks!

As I went through this website .. I read that Perry A mentioned a way to determine if the clay is the best kind as it must be tasteless and odorless..and that gives it the smoothness to be mixed with all juices and drinks without a problem ..
I bought aztec clay actually recommended by jim humble on his latest book .. it was by the way labeled as ( for external use only )
But it has a unacceptable taste and it gave me a hard time mixing it with water and drinking it ..
Have u ever tried ((aztec clay ))
Or ((the living clay ))brand recommended by Perry A ?
And jim said stir it in water but Perry A said use a blender to get a smooth consistency or shake it on a bottle but not stirring ..?
She is an expert with clay and she wrote books about healing with calcium bentonite clay ..
And she said that the food grade FDA approved clay had gone through a process that actually effect the power of detoxing or the mechanism of it .
The following two points are from bentoniteclayinfo.com
4.Question:
Is Calcium Bentonite Clay safe for internal use?
Answer: It depends on the clay. Some clays are acidic and some have been contaminated from environmental sources. Some have been subjected to chemical treatments or extreme heat processes to clean the clay, taking away the natural clay's strength and effectiveness.
_ _ _ There are companies that sell clays for internal use legally, but they often have had their clay treated or processed to meet FDA requirements rather than meeting the standards with a natural unprocessed clay. When clays are processed, whether by heat, sterilization or irradiation, the efficacy (strength) of the clay has been greatly reduced.
..
So its better not to get FDA approved clay for internal use ..
But to get a clay from a company that has continuous control on the clay and can provide the customers with data sheets ..
In the attachment the clay i bought
Any information will be helpful..
Best regards
Lina

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
