Maintenance dose more often

I have been trying to take my maintenance dose of 6 drops 3 times a week. My question is, does anyone see a problem with doing this more than 3x a week? I always take it just before bed at night. almost always feel better in the morning, sleep better and have vivid dreams, which I enjoy. I weigh between 175 to 180 pounds at 5 ' 6" and am 59 . Almost reached half life.

Have you tried, say, 3 drop MMS1 nightly doses every day?

I don't sleep as soundly . Waking up during the night more often.
