Dennis, I am not familiar with Hanna CLO2 photometers.
This is the company where I got my photometer. You would need a photometer and a set of two reagents, Part No. 486633.
If you want to make high resolution CLO2 measurements, LaMotte test strips probably won't work. That is why I use a photometer when running various tests. If you just want to measure to see if your CDS is about 3000 ppm, then test strips are probably okay.

Jim, the secret to making 'Quick CDS' is a reactor solution depth of 2mm or less. The deeper the reactor solution the longer the activation time and the lower the efficiency. There are other factors such as the amount of air space in the container. There are better containers than this one, but this 2 compartment bento box is easier for most people to use. Measured efficiencies between different types of containers vary from about 40% to over 70%.
This small container produced 50ml of 3000ppm CDS in two hours at 62% efficiency. That is enough CDS for one day for most people. If used up in one day, it would not need to kept in a fridge. If you look closely, you will see a white silicone plug inserted into a hole drilled in the glass lid so CDS can be taken out of the container without losing CLO2 gas. Once CDS is made, the lid does not need to be removed. You could use a syringe and needle to take out all the CDS and transfer it to a small-mouth bottle if desired.
The glass reactor container is supported above the CDS water by glass marbles.
