can a genetic change be fixed? covid vaccines

I understand that if your body produces spike proteins, a genetic change must be lifelong.

I don't know if there is any remedy to fix this genetic issue, I know that cancer cells will return to normal with some alternative treatment, but with covid vaccines it is a "stone in the shoe" for me to change this genetic change.

One option is to go out the same door, a vaccine with the same mechanism that fixes the damage.

Otherwise, there is no choice but to be under chronic treatment.

I am not vaccinated, but other loved ones are.
