CDS is created when you put distilled water in a airtight container. Now put a shot glass inside the larger container but make sure the water doesn't enter the shot glass. Put MMS1 inside the shot glass and seal the container. Now you leave it as is for approximately 12 hours in a dark cupboard. When you return the Chlorine Dioxide gas from the MMS1 will have infused into the water. You repeat this process again (there are ways of only doing it once) to achieve 3000ppm CDS. The water will change into a yellow colour.
CDS isn't taken pure you also need to mix with water.
CDS needs to be stored in a fridge as Chlorine Dioxide evaporates above 11 degrees Celsius I believe.
1 drop of MMS1 = 1ml CDS
Some find CDS much easier to take and don't have a bad reaction as they might do with MMS1.
Check out this video by Andreas Kalcker on how to create CDS. Our very own CLO2 here on these boards created the method. Revolutionary.

Here are the protocols on Andreas Kalcker's website who has become the leading voice regarding CDS. Look at Protocol A and C.

1) Doesn't taste as bad as MMS
2) It's better absorbed by the gut (100% is taken up in the stomach)
3) Because it's more rapidly/completely absorbed you can eat/snack between doses of CDS with less of a waiting period (30 min. in my exp.).
4) It doesn't cause the nausea that MMS sometimes causes at higher dosages (it does not reach the lower intestine).
Otherwise they are both Chlorine Dioxide and do the same thing in the body but (in my experience) CDS is just friendlier to the tummy.

Do you mean you have 2% Sodium Chlorite liquid?I recently came across this type of cleansing. I have multiple health issues, and doctors final conclusion always ends on pain management, and I refuse to take opioids, they do absolutely nothing for pain, and just end up getting addicted to them. I have self detoxed twice, and currently detoxing off benzos. I want to be free of it all! I am very new to this. I have 2% chlorine dioxide, and 5% hydrochloric acid activator. Can this be used and in what quantity to start?
Chlorine dioxide is what you get when you mix sodium chlorite and the activator like hydrochloric acid.
Anyway, 2% sodium chlorite sounds VERY weak. Maybe others more experienced can comment further.

Question: How does MMS interact with various plastics? Jim: In regards to your question about plastics, we really cannot give you a “sure bet” answer. More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
