My wife’s systolic blood pressure has gone from the 140’s to the 180’s and she’s going to see if switching from MMS2 to MMS1 will help.
Thanks in advance!

According to JIm Humble MMS2 is taken when MMS1 and then MMS1 + DMSO has failed to cure you. Or if MMS1 is not available to you.Has anyone heard of people getting a spike in their blood pressure while taking MMS2?

You shouldn't be diving into MMS2 willy-nilly from what I understand. Have you got his 2016 book. It gives very specific instructions on how to use MMS2.

Mark Grenon was a big proponent of MMS2 and I liked how he said he took it without regard to antioxidants, and that it was easy to buy from any pool supply store.
Anybody else having problems buying Jim Humble’s latest book?

One unexpected benefit, she lost her pet allergies. She realized it when we were driving home from her aunt’s, who has a cat and a dog. That’s a benefit of activated chlorine dioxide drops in water I hadn’t heard of. Now, fingers crossed for hypertension!

I noticed that my hayfever allergies vanished after a few drops of MMS. The same happened when my friend tried it too. MMS might help with hypertension, but magnesium is where I'd look first with regards to that one.My wife took one “0” capsule of MMS2 a day, about 1/3 full. She has switched to MMS1. I gave up on buying the hardcover book and bought the e-book.

Every week at least one new person approaches me with the question will MMS/CD help overcome some new disease. More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
