CDS .. 750ml container

Hi.  I watched the Andreas video to make CDS but found out that he used a 500ml jar and 240ml of distilled water.
I did my first infusion with a 750 ml jar and 620ml of distilled water.  I used 5ml of MMS and 5ml of HCL 4%.  after 18 hours it came out a nice golden color. 
However, I realized that I am under dosing given almost triple the volume of water.  My test strips have not arrived so I cannot be sure of the concentration. My TDS meter shows just 1PPM which is obviously wrong. 

What would you recommend my second infusion to be at?  10ml of each?    I dont want to waste this batch and strips may not be here for another week.
