Storage

I have 1 bottle of MMS and 1 bottle of activator which I m using at the moment. I lso hve anotherbottle of each in my cupboard. 
I would like to know about storing the bottles im now using and the storage of th extra bottles please. 
Also I start my dosing at 6am until 1pm. Later in the day is it okay for m to take Vitamin D, zinc, iodine and n organic juice.
