Mms dogs

hi there I wonder if anyone can help I have dog who has lump on his testcule he’s been having 3 drops mms 3 x a day for 3 weeks now with no improvement I have read Jim’s recovery book but I’m still confused I’m not sure if I’m doing it right can a one help with me with the right protocol please
