Humble's story...

I have been using straight mms non activated  for quite some time at a strength of approx 3% sodium chlorite.
I assume this is what Jim Humble gave his cohorts who came down with  malaria, and were quickly cured.
The assumption was that at the time this was called stabilized oxygen, and was not intended for water purification, but is
that what Humble used originally to cure the malaria.??.. thought stabilized oxygen products at that time were never intended
for water purification ?.. so then why did he take it on his expedition....???
