Jim Humble’s Personal Daily MMS1 Dosing
Today, 28 December 2022, Katya, in the Quick CDS Telegram chat group asked this question: “Would you happen to know if he (Jim Humble) takes MMS1 regularly?”
CL replied, “I can ask.”
“Hi. Someone is asking if Jim takes MMS1 regularly and if so, what is the dosage? Thanks!“
“Hi, J takes at least one maintenance dose a day. (Usually first thing in the morning, and normally a 5 drop-dose, though the recommended maintenance dosage is usually a 6-drop dose—but he does well on 5).
He is a firm believer in “listen to your body”. We are all bio-individual, and thus what is ideal for one, may be different for another. Thus the Health Recovery Plan (HRP), which advocates adjusting dosing, etc., to the individual (more info on this in The Book ).
Depending on the situation and the need, he may take more than one dose a day, or he may go on an hourly protocol for some days as well, again, depending on the need and what his body is indicating.
For example, if he is exposed to more things, such as while traveling, he may take more in a day, say 3 times a day. Or, if he feels he is fighting something or something is coming on, he may go on a 15-minute protocol or take 6 and 6, depending how he is led at the time to “nip it in the bud”—again, “listen to your body”.
He often uses Supporting and Additional Protocols if he feels the need (Spray Bottle is a staple, Eye Drops, Foot Baths, and so on). He will sometimes add DMSO to his dose, even to the Maintenance Dose (once again, listen to your body). In short, MMS1 is a regular part of Jim’s health practice in some form. Hope this helps.”
NOTE: I am not a doctor. Nothing I have said has been evaluated by the FDA. I do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure. I merely pass along information based on my experience and the experience of others. Everyone has the responsibility of choosing their own health treatment, with the supervision of a qualified health professional, if desired.

Would you say that Jim has been taking a maintenance dose for about 20 years now?
I just want to be able to have the right number, as I have an occasional debate/argument with someone about CD and it would be nice to be able to tell them that someone, the discoverer of MMS1 no less, has been taking it for 20 years and is 90 years old. If it was just regular ol' bleach there's a good chance he would've gotten ill and possibly even died.

When I am sick with a cold or a flu and want to knock it out as quick as possible, what would be the maximum amount of MMS I could take in a day? I like the idea of doing the 15 minute protocol (taking 8 doses 15 min. apart using either 3 drops of MMS, or making a quart of CDS with 10 ml CDS in a quart of water) and doing this 1 or 2 times a day, and doing hourly doses for the rest of the day. Does that sound like a good idea? Also, if I am doing 2 15 minute protocols, how many hourly doses would be good to do in addition?

I can't help you on number of doses but in Jim Humble's book there is a table regarding maximum dosage, text pasted below
Protocol 2000 —Maximum MMS1 Dosage
Weight Dosage
80-100 lbs (36-45 kg) Take no more than 8 drops hourly
100-120 lbs (45-54 kg) Take no more than 8 drops hourly
120-140 lbs (54-63 kg) Take no more than 9 drops hourly
140-160 lbs (63-72 kg) Take no more than 10 drops hourly
160-180 lbs (72-81 kg) Take no more than 11 drops hourly
180-200 lbs (81-90 kg) Take no more than 12 drops hourly
200 lbs (90 kg) and above: Increase the maximum dose by 1 drop for each additional 20 lbs (9 kg)
He also states: Never exceed the maximum amount of MMS1per hour for each weight category.
