Which to Use: MMS or CDS was created by PDH1223
I have osteoarthritis and I'm not sure which formulation  I should use and which is the most effective protocol to follow. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've taken CDS only.

I'd suggest you to start with any of both. CDS is stomach friendly.
