Nattokinase - How long to take for

So I have asked this question in other groups but didn't really get a response.

If using Nattokinase to clear out arteries, etc.how long should you take it for where a dose is 2000FU?

I can get it on Amazon cheaper in bulk than in my country, so I need to know how much to buy.
Are we talking 1 month, 6 months? Plaque is quite tough so one would expect it to be for a decent period.

Dr. Peter MCCoullough recommends a year for people who have had 2 covid shots to get rid of the spike proteins. This is all I have read. If it were me, I would take it at least a year also.

This may or may not be of some help. I haven't read it but the site in general is great stuff.

Thanks guys, but I'm not looking at it for spike protein reduction - I never took the death shot - but for reducing plaque in the arteries, cleaning out arteries, etc.
I have no idea what my arteries or heart health is like, so would like to preempt anything.
