DMSO Protocols can it be taken internally? And how so ? And topically protocols

I need DMSO Protocols for internal and topically for pain and joint pain

Protocol-1000 Plus uses MMS1 and DMSO internally. 

For topical use, first dilute undiluted DMSO to 70%. See attached DMSO percentages and dilution PDF file. Then you can spray diluted DMSO on painful joints. 

If you have arthritis, you could try using Borax. See attached PDF file.
