Can I mix or alternate between MMS and CDS? was created by jaxr1231
MMS is too strong for me and is causing me some withdrawal on my meds. CDS does not do this to me. However, I know MMS is better as I get much better benefits from it. Is it possible to mix the two, or alternate between them?

Someone on this forum posted pdf where it shows how you can increase CLO2 in your system by adding non activated MMS to CDS. Based on this one would speculate you can mix and alternate both as needed.
I have been mixing and interchanging both as I still have a batch of MMS leftover after ordering CDS. CDS is much easier on my system. I have been taking 6 dozes of CDS and 2 dozes of MMS1 generally the first 2 in a.m. when I am feeling better. I have been also adding a drop of MMS into my CDS here and there along with DMSO.
I have read all 3 books and have been reading everything on this forum but am still uncertain whether one has a better efficacy over the other.

Comparing CDS and MMS1 is like comparing apples and oranges. They are not the same thing, although CDS and MMS1 both contain CLO2. When making MMS1, I suggest you use 4% HCL and not 50% citric acid activator.
Yes, you can mix the two. See attached PDF file.
You could try ingesting CDH which is much more activated than MMS1, 50% vs 10%.

Why do you disagree?

I disagree with your "apples and oranges" description.
More like "Red Delicious and Gala apples", or "Blood and Navel oranges", or
"Tangerines and Mandarins".
Sometimes I alternate hourly with MMS1 and CDS.
Why do you disagree?

I thought about replying to this as well and would have been a near duplicate to Bill's. They are both essentially chlorine dioxide and both do the same thing.
