CD Bath - What Can I Expect?

So, about three weeks ago, I started doing nightly CD baths.  I can only fit one a day in, although the PDF by Jim Humble gave instructions for up to 3 baths a day.

I’ve been doing a CD bath of 20 drops every single night, and have only missed two nights during the last three weeks (once I ate chocolate and another time I just couldn’t fit the bath into my schedule).  I’ve been very faithfully doing these baths.  I use the borax as recommended to help with purifying the city water.  

I was also taking EDTA pills for about 2 1/2 weeks to get rid of heavy metals.  I stopped the pills a few days ago when I started to get even sicker.  I have had a cough since December 18th or 19th.  I had to take 2 days off work in December.  I did the Starting Procedure for about 5 days and then went up to 2 drops a day.  I still had a cough, but it seemed like it was getting better very very gradually.

 The cough hasn’t actually ever completely disappeared even with energy work, which makes me feel amazing and so much better.

Fast forward and I’ve been out sick almost this entire week!  I was congested so badly on Tuesday that I couldn’t breathe through my nose at all. To make matters worse, I had shortness of breath.  This is by far the worst thing for me.  I think the shortness of breath might have been because I didn’t sleep enough.  I knew I wasn’t going to work, so I stayed up until 3AM, but I got up around 3PM the next day.  I was back in bed around 8:15 that night, but had to get up to feed my cats.  I didn’t feel well enough to give them their usual second meal on Monday night, so they got into things.  They’re able to get into my fridges and help themselves to things, even with barriers in front of the fridges.  These cats are unbelievably resourceful.  

So I had to get up around 11:30PM to feed them because I wasn’t taking any chances of them raiding my fridges again.  To add to cat drama, there is a feral mama kitty who just took up residence outside in my loveseat on my front porch.  She just had babies on Sunday.  I was able to pick them up and they were the same size as my mama kitty’s babies.  She also gave birth on Sunday.  To say I have my hands full is an understatement.

I have a big heart for cats (obviously), and the outside feral calico mama decided to move her nest after I picked up her kittens and made sure they were okay.  I’d brought her a couple of very thick blankets because it gets down to the 40s in Arizona overnight.  So I just had to make sure all the kittens were okay and moved to their new location before going to bed.  I suppose this was stressing me out a little bit.  The calico mama moved all 4 kittens and I was able to sleep after that.  That’s when I slept for a good 12 hours.  

I still can’t figure out why I can’t seem to get over this cough.  Yesterday was Wednesday and when I woke up the shortness of breath was gone.  I still have slight shortness, but I can deal with it.  I’m thinking I may have bronchitis or something like that.  I have a pretty congested cough. I don’t go to allopathic doctors, because they don’t help and I don’t currently have insurance anyway.

I’ve been taking the CD bath every night, but I don’t seem to be getting better.  I seem to be getting worse or just not better.

I often get sick during winter, but I always thought it was the stress at work.  I don’t feel stressed about work, but I do feel stressed about finances as I make half of what I made last year.

I don’t know if CD is working for me or not.  I do know I don’t get enough sleep on work nights.  I really need 8 hours or more, but often get 6 hours. 

I’m beginning to think I’m a targeted individual.  

What else can I do?
