CDS made in 24 hours, first time

I made the CDS in 24 hour method. When I take it do I put 1 ml CDS with 9 ml distilled water in a half of cup distilled water? Or just the 1 ml of CDS in the half of cup of water, divided down into 4, to get the 1/4 drop to get started?

Just put it directly into the cup you're drinking from. Pretty simple.

You seem to be using CDS, but then you talked about 1/4 drop dose, I think to follow the MMS1 starting procedure. 

If you are using CDS, follow CDS protocols and not MMS1 protocols. 

The standard CDS ingestion protocol is Protocol-C which is 10ml (or more) of 3000ppm CDS in 1 liter of water, to be ingested in one day, with hourly doses. 

There is now a CDS starting protocol and it is attached.
