Feel Weak for 4-5 days after MMS

I’ve taken MMS with a mineral solution and activator for 7-8 days and am experiencing lasting fatigue and a feeling of depletion and heaviness. I took 24 drops/day of activator/mineral solution mixed with 1000ml water for 4 days and then went to 16 drops/day for 2 days. I got the fatigue reaction and stopped for 4 days before feeling better. I started again at 8 drops mixed with 1000ml and took 4–120ml doses before the reaction came back and now 4 days later, I’m still feeling weak and worn out. I’m pretty sure it’s not a herxheimer reaction as I’ve had plenty of those and they usually get better within 1-2 days.
Maybe it’s an oxidizing reaction?
Any advice is greatly appreciated

Personally, I can only stand drinking so much of it and gave that up for the time being.
You may want to consider doing the MMS3000 treatment, which involves simply putting the mixture along with DMSO on your skin.
The DMSO acts as a carrying agent and get the CLO2 directly into your blood stream. It's similar to getting it into your blood stream via an IV.
The major benefit with MMS3000 is that there is no herxheimer reaction whatsoever.
The DMSO may be a slight irritant to the skin, but you move the placement around and you can use water or aloe vera to lessen any irritation.
I found that after a few applications, I wasn't getting much irritation at all.

You should first follow the Starting Procedure, then Protocol 1000. Both are attached.
Three drop hourly doses are the most you would take when following Protocol 1000.

I made the mistake of starting with Protocol 1000 and not the starting protocol.
I have Jim’s book and headed in a solid direction.

After taking MMS for 2 months, I’m taking a break and focusing on organ support. My body may not be strong enough to handle the die-off. I may have liver congestion. I was taking 1/8 drop four times a day for 1/2 drop a day of MMS1. I tried CDS and did not notice much. I’m still experiencing a fair amount of inflammation from the MMS1 that hopefully subsides. I’m working with a Lyme Dr who has me on a plan. I’ll miss the energy and mental clarity that the MMS1 gave me.
Thanks everyone

All your elimination pathways need to open and not clogged up, when detoxing.
You may have the MTHFR gene mutation problem, which makes detoxing difficult.
If taking MMS1, it would be best to use 4% HCL acid activator instead of 50% citric acid.

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …

Nutritional Research Information

Note: The following was written by Jim around 2012, and we are putting it here as food for thought. The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …

Longevity Tip: Take a Nap!
Published on: May 11, 2026
Eighty five percent of mammals, that is animals, take naps during the day. It is not really apparent if humans were meant to take naps or not, but children certainly take naps naturally. I personally have taken from 20 to 45 minute daily naps during my entire life. They keep one fresh. People often worry …

More on HCl (Stomach Acid)

Dilute HCl can be used as an aid to MMS/CD. Eighty years ago, back in the 1920’s and 30’s thousands of people were healed by a few doctors of many diseases including cancer. Eventually they were stopped, but there was one doctor who worked in the jungles of Mexico who had years and years of …
