Hello, is it normal to feel bad after 1 week of using MMS, 3 drops every hour for 8h a day?
Im feeling really fatigued and feels like my spleen is enlarged a bit. Lmk please
Ingesting 3 drop MMS1 doses is the maximum for Protocol-1000. I think you forgot to first follow the Starting Procedure. All this info is in Jim Humble's 2016 and 2019 books. You will find the link to purchase his books at the top of this page.

I am 3 months and I have not managed to exceed 1 drop all I would say yes it is normal it is hard it is not an easy procedure. But I advise you to advance even with 1 drop in the different protocols of his book
Sabrina, have you been checked to see if you have the genetic mutation MTHFR? If you do have that, that would be the reason why you can't increase your MMS1 dosage higher than one drop.

no I have not done the test for now I can not, you already sent me the documents, I read and what I understood there is nothing to do except better eat etc... I must stop the procedure? What do you advise me? I have still obtained small improvements.
If you have health improvements, then I suggest to continue as you have been, dosing MMS1. Perhaps more hours each day. Kerri Rivera's autism protocol says to ingest MMS1 16 hours each day.

Question: How does MMS interact with various plastics? Jim: In regards to your question about plastics, we really cannot give you a “sure bet” answer. Question: Does MMS/CD kill bacteria and virus? Jim: Antibacterial drugs can sometimes stop bacterial [infections] diseases but medicine has yet to develop anything to stop viral infections. More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
