heartburn and bloating doing MMS was created by ol

Reading Mr Humbles book, it lists clay for a protocol when you take MMS and it gives you heartburn. Is there a particular brand, preferably a good clean brand. Also, Food is not setting well with me when taking the MMS1. Im doing smaller meals, but even at that, it makes me feel very bloated. the heartburn was pretty bad, and I rarely ever get heartburn.

It would be helpful to know what is your hourly MMS1 dosing and which protocol(s) you are following. And, which acid you are using to make MMS1 doses. Thanks.

I do not have a brand to recommend but I know that you need clay said "bentonite/ montmorillonit". for bloating I also suffered for several weeks, I continued anyway and ca it is mitigated alone without doing anything special

Im exactly the same! Got up to 1 drop for 8 hours and heartburn and bloat was bad, and I never get heartburn . so I tried the mold protocol. I just finished the mold protocol in the book. I hope to start back on the mms1 in a few days. The last day on the mold protocol was brutal for me. Cant explain it, but it was sickening for me to drink it down after the 4th round. It hardly has taste, but it nauseated me. I got it down, but then a lot of belching afterwards and bloat feeling. Not to be gross, but after the fourth dose, I had many bowel movements of water. that's why I decided not to finish dose number eight. Should probably have stopped at five or six. I'm passed that now, but I am wiped out and very dehydrated.

I also had the bloating belly filled etc...and then I could not stand the mms smell etc..for several weeks and then it calmed down on its own. Humble Jim says we have this repulsion because it’s a way for pathogens to protect themselves. it was hard I continued and also made breaks of a few hours or 1 or 2 days and that stopped after several weeks

I had that repulsion a few days in when i first started the mms also. I found that if i was careful not to smell it even faintly and then hold my breath before getting the cup close to drink it, it helped. Also I still hold my breath after swallowing the mms long enough to take an extra swallow of just water, it didnt bother me anymore. Did you stop the mold protocol and return to it, or are you talking about the regular protocols?

J'ai utilisé la même technique que vous pour me boucher le nez et arrêter de respirer afin de poursuivre la procédure. J'ai commencé par la procédure initiale, puis j'ai suivi le protocole champignons pendant deux semaines, puis le protocole 1000 pendant trois semaines. À partir du protocole 1000+ avec le DMSO, ces sensations ont commencé à diminuer. J'en suis maintenant au protocole 2000, avec MMS2, et toujours une goutte de MMS1 et trois gouttes de DMSO

I used the same technique as you to plug my nose and stop breathing in order to continue the procedure. I started with the initial procedure, then I followed the ~~mushroom~~ protocol for two weeks, then the 1000 protocol for three weeks. Starting with the 1000+ protocol with DMSO, these sensations began to diminish. I am now on the 2000 protocol, with MMS2, and still one drop of MMS1 and three drops of DMSO.
